Since Pope Francis has been elected, I have had a surge of hope that this man will unite the warring factions around the world. He comes across as being a loving compassionate man. I sincerely hope he succeeds. It would seem however, that forces within the so called Christian community are opposed to what he is trying to achieve-Unite all faiths and peoples. Here is an article I received a couple of days ago. It's an eye opener for those who think that everyone who takes shelter under the umbrella of the Christian faith, actually follow the teachings of Jesus. Poor Jesus, he must be crying tears of blood for those opposed to Francis' reforms as well as tears for the man who is trying to implement change for the betterment of humankind.
